Production overview

North-West Bitumen Terminal, LLC is geared toward the enhancement of the quality of the Russian road industry by contributing to better performance of road surfaces.

Company products include polymer bitumen, mastics and primers, which are used in different fields of construction.

NWBT works closely with major production and trading companies all over Russia, daily increasing the scale of shipments.

OUR LAB

Modified bitumen is used in construction, reconstruction and maintenance of road surfaces and roadbeds.

Working with the newest certified equipment, Northwestern Bitumen Terminal’s lab is one of the most reliable in the country.

Our testing lab conducts tests of polymer bitumens, mastics and primers in accordance with all of the existing requirements of regulatory and technical codes.

Our equipment allows us to perform all the necessary tests of polymer binder.

The PMB is prepared with a VMP-C-25 unit manufactured in Turkey by the VIMPO plant.

Rated unit capacity is 20 ton/hour. Year of manufacture – 2021

The entire unit is controlled from a single place – the control panel in the operator's cabin.

The company produces polymer-modified bituminous binders that meet the requirements of GOST R 52056-2003, but also allow for the production of products according to customer specifications.

The NWBT lab performs quality control on both raw material components and finished products, and also determines the compositions.

• The laboratory has a certificate of accreditation № ASK.IL.1017, valid until 30.11.23;
• The laboratory can test bituminous binders for compliance with GOST 33133-2014 and GOST R 52056-2003;
• Certificate of compliance of the QMS for production № FSK.RU.0002.F00019139 (GOST R ISO 9001:2015).
